Our 'old school' approach to service means that we can look after you as quickly and in the minutae you require. We get involved with some clients to the extent that we become their IT department and one of us performs the role of IT Director.
With others we just wait for the telephone call and respond as quickly as the situation demands. We have the full range and flexibility of service levels from ad hoc fire-fighting through to in-house regular visits for on-going house-keeping and snagging those irritating little problems which in themselves would not justify a visit.
We can operate on a call by call basis, retainer, or even a service contract which covers all hardware breakdowns including parts and labour. Even if you have a requirement we cannot fulfill, we'll always know someone who can.
